These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cergai website at cergai.com and the related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Cergai, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Cergai", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at austin@cergai.com.
Cergai is a multi-model AI synthesis product. You submit a query or topic, and Cergai routes it to multiple large language models, synthesizes the responses, and returns a consolidated answer. Cergai also delivers optional daily news digests by email and, if you opt in, by SMS.
Responses returned by Cergai are generated by artificial intelligence models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or biased. Cergai output is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Cergai output for decisions that require the judgment of a qualified professional. Always verify important information with a trusted source.
You may need to provide an email address (and optionally a mobile phone number) to access some features. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You retain ownership of the queries and prompts you submit. Cergai retains ownership of the Service itself, including its name, branding, code, design, and underlying technology. You may not use the "Cergai" name or logo without our written permission.
Program name: Cergai Newsletter
Description: Cergai offers an optional SMS text message program that delivers daily AI-generated news digest summaries. Each message typically contains a short headline, a brief summary, and a link back to cergai.com to read the full analysis.
How to opt in: Visit cergai.com, go to your newsletter settings, enter your mobile phone number, and confirm the 6-digit verification code we send you by SMS. By entering your number and confirming the code, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Cergai. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 2 messages per day.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any Cergai SMS message to receive contact information, or email austin@cergai.com. You can also visit cergai.com for support.
How to cancel: Reply STOP to any Cergai SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive any further SMS messages from Cergai unless you opt in again. You can also disable SMS delivery from your newsletter settings page on cergai.com.
Supported carriers: The SMS program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy of mobile information: We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how mobile information is handled.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. CERGAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERGAI, ITS OWNERS, AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cergai and its owners and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
