This page describes how end users opt in to the Cergai SMS program and shows every message sent by the program. It is maintained as a publicly accessible consent reference for the Campaign Registry (TCR) and carrier reviewers.
Program summary
Program name: Cergai SMS Alerts (also referred to as the "Cergai Newsletter" SMS program).
Operator: Cergai, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Contact: austin@cergai.com.
Description: An opt-in SMS text message program that delivers daily AI-generated news digest summaries. Each message typically contains a short headline, a brief summary, and a link back to cergai.com to read the full multi-model analysis.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 2 messages per day.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Cost: Cergai does not charge for SMS delivery. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt in
Sign in to your Cergai account at cergai.com (creating an account is free).
Open the Newsletter Settings page from your account menu.
Enter your U.S. mobile number in the Phone field. A disclosure, reproduced below, is shown directly beneath the number field before you tap Send code.
Tap Send code. Cergai sends a 6-digit verification code to the number you entered.
Enter the 6-digit code on the same settings page and tap Verify.
Only after the code is verified is the number saved and SMS delivery enabled. No recurring messages are sent before verification.
The opt-in screen lives inside an authenticated area of cergai.com because it is tied to a specific user account. A pixel-accurate static preview of that screen — including the exact disclosure text — is reproduced below so the consent experience can be reviewed without a Cergai account.

The card below is a static HTML replica of the phone-entry step on cergai.com → Newsletter Settings. The input and button are non-functional on this preview page; actual opt-in happens only on the signed-in settings page.

Sample messages
Every SMS Cergai sends through this program is one of the four types below. Each is quoted verbatim.
1. Verification code (sent immediately after the user taps Send code)

2. Daily news digest (sent only after the verification code is confirmed)

Daily digest messages are capped at 320 characters. The bracketed prefix names the newsletter; the single body sentence is the lead verdict from the multi-model synthesis; the link resolves to the full multi-model analysis on cergai.com.
3. HELP auto-reply (sent when a subscriber texts HELP or INFO to our number)
Cergai SMS Alerts: AI-generated news digest, 1-2 msgs/day. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Support: austin@cergai.com
4. STOP confirmation (sent when a subscriber texts STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT)
Cergai relies on the carrier-level Advanced Opt-Out confirmation that Twilio sends automatically when an opt-out keyword is received. On receipt of any STOP keyword, Cergai additionally disables the SMS newsletter flag on the user's account record so the daily fan-out stops immediately. No marketing messages are sent to a number after it has texted a STOP keyword.
How to cancel
Reply STOP to any Cergai SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You can also disable SMS delivery from your Newsletter Settings page on cergai.com — toggle the SMS switch off, or tap "Remove number" to delete your phone number from your account. Either action takes effect immediately.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any Cergai SMS message to receive the reply shown above, or email austin@cergai.com.
Privacy of mobile information
We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with Twilio for the sole purpose of delivering the SMS messages described on this page. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
